My username or password doesn’t work or I forgot my password?

Why doesn’t my username or password work?

Your account may have expired or your username or IP address may have been blocked due to excessive usage or logins from multiple Internet Service Providers.

Why was my account blocked? Possible reasons for this are:

- Most likely your username and password were guessed by someone or by a brute force password program designed to guess passwords and then traded amongst a large amount of users. This triggers our password security script to automatically block the account immediately. Sharing your passwords will also trigger the security script to block your account and we will disable it permanently.
   
- You have exceeded our daily download bandwidth limit. We institute a limit to minimize stress on the servers and to prevent site leeches from ripping all the content on our site. If you have exceeded your download limit contact us to have your account re-instated.
   
- AOL users are sometimes blocked. This can be fixed quite easily. Please contact us immediately to be re-instated.
   
- To be re-instated or if you have any questions about your account please contact us and we will rectify any problems with your account ASAP. Our members are very important to us as without you our site wouldn't exist.
How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership click here to visit our authorized payment processor CCBill.com. You'll need at least two of the following pieces of information:
1) Email you signed up with
2) Credit Card # (or) Checking Account # (or) Phone #
3) Subscription ID

How do I download videos to my computer?

Our videos our available in the .wmv and .mp4 (h.264 codec) formats in varying HD and SD sizes and are best viewed with the Windows Media Player or the free VLC Media Player. We highly recommend you use the VLC Media Player to view all .mp4s and if you have trouble viewing any .wmv video try viewing it with VLC.

We recommend you download our videos to your hard drive to ensure the best possible viewing experience.

- Internet Explorer users right mouse click and select "Save Target As..."
- Firefox users select "Save Link As..."

How do you play .WMV files on your MAC?

Mac users can use VLC media player to play WMV files or you can click here to download the Flip4Mac Windows Media Components for Quicktime.

Why can't I play HD videos on my computer?

If you play a downloaded video and it appears jumpy, freezes or stutters you probably have an old computer system with inadequate resources. HD videos require a lot of computer resources to play correctly and the .mp4 format requires even more than the .wmv format. You should have at least a dual core processor and plenty of system and video memory. If you think your resources are old and inadequate try using the VLC Media Player. It's more likely to work even with an older computer or single core processor.

How do I stream the videos?

In order to stream videos from our site you first need to have a broadband DSL or Cable Internet Connection and you need to have the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed. If you don't have the Flash Player installed or need to update it click here to download the latest flash player version.

If you have a dial-up connection you will not successfully be able to stream videos and need to download a video instead.

We offer a High and Low version of our streaming videos. If your connection is too slow for the High version try the Low one.

If you experience intermittent stopping and starting of the video you can try clicking on the pause button and waiting until more of the video is buffered and then click play.
