C. LIMITED LICENSE
BIKINIRIOT.COM provides the materials on this site for the personal, non-commercial use by visitors of BIKINIRIOT.COM. Visitors of BIKINIRIOT.COM are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any of the information made available for downloading found on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. G. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current terms of the Site. Subscription fees are non-refundable once your user name and password have been used to access the Site. If the user can't access the site due to technical problems not related to BIKINIRIOT.COM, the subscription fee will not be refunded.

H. TERMINATION
BIKINIRIOT.COM can terminate your subscription or access to all or part of the site at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. Further, you agree that neither BIKINIRIOT.COM nor any third party acting on our behalf shall be liable to you for any termination of your subscription or access.

Membership billing is by automatic renewal at the end of the original subscription term selected and may be cancelled at any time by contacting the appropriate billing processor listed in the "Support" portion of the website at URL http://www.bikiniriot.com/support.htm or found on the Join page. You acknowledge and agree that upon cancellation, subscription fees are NOT refundable and member will have access for the remainder of subscription term.

** Important Notice Regarding Charge backs and Fraud.

CHARGE BACKS:  A "charge back" takes place when you sign up for a website, paying with your credit card and then you dispute the charge later with your credit card company. If we receive a charge back from your account, our processor CCBill will block your credit card and include you in a database of negative cardholders, thus preventing you from signing up to any other site processed by CCBill. This measure is taken to protect both you and online merchants from fraudulent credit card purchases.

FRAUD WARNING:  Users who intentionally gain access to BIKINIRIOT.COM with no intention of paying, and later dispute the charge with their credit card company and/or refuse to pay the charge, are committing fraud and are subject to criminal and civil litigation under interstate commerce laws. If you don't have any intention of paying for your membership, don't sign up!

I. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This site is controlled and operated by BIKINIRIOT.COM and its representatives from Los Angeles, CA, United States of America. They make no representation that the materials available on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from jurisdictions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. These provisions of this Terms of Use are to be governed and construed by California law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Terms of Use, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in state or federal court in the City and County of Los Angeles, CA.

J. PASSWORD POLICY
Password piracy is theft. Only two (2) IP addresses are allowed for each password. Users must not give away passwords or leave their account information so insecure that they are stolen. If more than two (2) IP addresses are used for a given password in a certain period of time BIKINIRIOT.COM has the right to suspend or cancel your account. The user will be notified via e-mail of the infraction. BIKINIRIOT.COM utilizes a security program that tracks every member's password and username, how many times it is used, how many times each member logs on to Site, how many hits it causes, etc., as well as prevent brute force attacks. This program immediately disables passwords if an account has been abused. If a member's account is abused, access into BIKINRIOT.COM is automatically terminated without refund for the unused remaining portion of subscription term, and the user will not be allowed to subscribe again. All records of such abuse will be forwarded to the abused account's email address on file.

L. NOTICES
Notices by BIKINIRIOT.COM to customers shall be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the site. Notices by customers to BIKINIRIOT.COM shall be given by electronic messages unless otherwise specified in the agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices to BIKINIRIOT.COM, by means of electronic message must be sent to info@BIKINIRIOT.COM.
